It is the name of the epistemology of the Marxism-Leninism, based on Marx's philosophy. It denies the existence of any kind of higher spiritual being such as gods. It has two parts; the first part means that it has to do with cognition, the second part ist the opposite of idealism.
Now explain me: abomination.
