OK, I compared it to your version, and one byte somewhere was changed... I don't know how, but it was different than it should have been. It is fixed now, the shadow at the edges works again

This updated patched exe also has another fix, for a bug in the stealth animation that could crash the game.
You can quickly see the bug in the mission Belagerungszustand, if you put your stealth tank on the bottom edge of the visible play field, at the right half: when the stealth animation touched the bottom edge of the play field, the lowest pixel line of the animation will become black (on 640x400: black with white moving pixels in it). This graphics bug crashes the game almost immediately in 640x400 resolution.

Oh, in my version I also changed the version number... since German C&C95 is 1.03, I changed it to 1.04x

Some other notes:
1. the whole mpsetup thing is not needed anymore with the new DLL patch; it all works with just the dll and nothing else. (Really, you were using a version that was already outdated 2 years ago)
2. My uncensor patch is NOT just a blood patch, as your installer says! It does a lot more than that! It uncensors all unit names and mission text too
