The problem is that it contains a few hacks to make the game request enough memory to allow the bigger sidebar graphics. To recreate the patch I need to find those same program structures in the German version, and that takes some effort.

I'm currently copying another fix Komfr made to your version, which prevents a game crash related to the stealth animation.
