Sagen , das du das Spiel neu gekauft hast(am besten bei Amazon.de), aber der Key schon in Benuetzung ist. Den Key natuerlich mit senden.

Sie schreiben dann zurueck, dauert ca 7-14 Tage.

Dann warheitsgetraeu antworten (hast ja eine orginale Half Life) und die gefragten Daten mitsenden und wenn du Glueck hast bekommst du einen neuen Key

Funktionierte bei mir bei Half Life

Betreff: Steam didn´t regist my new CD Key!

Hi,

I just bought half life in (Geschäft, indem ihrs gekauft habt) for (Preis) at (Kaufdatum).
When I tried to create a steam account with this key I got a message that
steam was unable to register the key.

In this links you'll find three jpg pictures from my new bought CD Key and the orginal Half Life CD Rom and the receipt:

which COULD NOT be used during registration
process, caused by discussed error message.

Please check your database against any issues of my property. I'm quite sure
NO ONE was able to grab my key, so it must be a problem regarding to your
database.
