I have reviewed "the list" and have asked our German community office to
collect the hottest issues. While all seem valid in some way, not all
are the same priority.
We continue to work on Generals and think we're doing a pretty good job.
Many (not all) of these issues are extremely detail oriented and we
appreciate the passion in the players that consider these to be
monumental problems. Many are absolutely things we will look
into...though making sure any new cheats are squished quickly is tip top
on our list.
I have requested our QA to verify most all these items and we'll make
sure they get attention as we go forward. Lists like this are of great
help to us and make us believe the community is a partner in this with
us.
To approach these efficiently and give each problem the right amount of
time deserved it would be fantastic if we had a TOP 10 list from the fan
base.
Since we prioritize things to address it's likely that some will never
be fixed. We apologize if this disappoints you but you should also know
that we're as passionate about Generals as you are. We think that it's
also important to be open and honest with the fans. So...not all will be
fixed - but some will.
I'll update the community managers in various territories as we dig a
bit deeper into some of these issues. There will be more news to come.
What's going to change? I'm not sure yet...but I'll update the
community managers after we check them out. When? Some for Zero Hour,
some for a future Generals patch, some after that. I don't have exact
dates for you and I don't expect to. You can be assured, however, that
our patch content reviews will keep this list in mind.
Thanks for being fans that really care. I'm fairly certain you don't
represent them all...but you do represent the lifeblood.
