How can I join the CCG Ladder? Can single players join, too? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
Just click on 'Register Clan' in the main menu and enter the requested info about your clan. If you are a single Player and you do not have a Clan you can still register, but you have to register a clan for yourself (eventhough you are alone in it). Players without Clantag in their Nickname are not allowed.
How do I make a ladder game / challenge an opponent? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
When you are logged on to Generals Online, ask people for a "ccg-ladder.com match". Mostly, games are being arranged in the "Clanwars" Lobby. After the game is over, whoever lost has to report the game on ccg-ladder.com (by clicking on 'Report Game' in the Clan-Maintenance menu).

Remember: Both parties/clans have to be registered at ccg-ladder.com! If the Clan you want to play against is not registered, just ask them to do so =)
How do I make screenshots? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
Just push F12 while you are playing or being in the lobby C&C Generals. Doing this, a BMP File will be stored in the Generals folder of your 'My Documents' folder.
How many points do i get if i win/loose? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
The amount of points you gain or loose is not always the same. It depends on the current ranking of your opponent!
If you win, the better the ranking of your opponent is (compared to yours), the more points you will get. If you loose, you will loose less points the better the opponents ranking is and vice versa!

What is the C&C Generals Clanladder (CCG ladder)? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
A ladder is one form of organising a tournament. A ladder is an open and continuous system, which means that everyone can enter or exit the ladder at any time. The clans' rankings are calculated using the ELO-System, which makes sure that the ladders' ranking is always fair without having to be reset.
The matches are independently arranged and carried out.
What to do after i win/lose? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
Whoever lost has to report the game at ccg-ladder.com directly after the game! The winner has to do nothing but to check if the looser reported the game. Please give the Clan who lost a couple of minutes to report. If the game is not reported within 30 minutes, use the 'Report Violation' button and follow the instructions.
Note: The staff of ccg-ladder.com takes it very seriously if a Clan does not report eventhough they ought to. To make sure the registered Clans report when they loose, the staff will ban Violators and by this exclude them from the ladder!
What to do if a mismatch happens or Cheats have been used? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
Unfortunately there may be some People who do not play fair. In this case, click on "Report Violation" in the Clan Maintenance menu. There you have to add the Replay of the game.
The Staff of CCG-Ladder will decide which team won or if the game was a draw. If Cheats have been used the Clan who used them will get banned from ccg-ladder.com!
What to do if my Opponent does not report? [Zum Anfang der Seite]
Click on 'Report Violation' and follow the instructions. To make sure the 'Report Violation' button is not abused, you have to add a screenshot where both Teams agreed to play for CCG-Ladder, otherwise its word against word and there will be no solution but to not count the game at all.
