Paint sollte ziemlich auf jedem PC mit Windows sein. Einfach Startmenü -> Programme -> Zubehör -> Paint
Ist aber nicht so empfehlen (Paint), da es fast keine Formate unterstützt und auch sonst fast keine Funktonen hat. Kommt halt draufan, für was du es brauchst.
